This year for our family summer vacation, we rented a condo in Seagrove Beach, Florida. The condo was right on the beach, which was fabulous!
We really didn’t do a whole lot other than enjoy the beach, which meant lots of boogie boarding and sand castles. We preferred our beach time in the mornings and late afternoon/evening when it was a little less crowded and not as hot. I spent most afternoons enjoying the beach sitting on our balcony with a cup of coffee and a book or Netflix on my iPad. We also played lots of board games and drove to Destin one day for some miniature golf. And of course John and Liana had to buy some clams (100 to be exact) and enjoy them together. We estimate the final count to be John-30 / Liana-70. Man that girl can put away some clams! As always, it went way too fast. But we made some great memories and enjoyed a fun and restful week.
In addition to taking lots of photos, I also practiced my videography skills. I definitely need more practice, but it’s a start. I love having this little keepsake to remember special details about our trip. I’ve watched it a gazillion times already, and I know I treasure it in years to come.
I’m also excited to start offering video fusion with all my longer storytelling sessions. It will be so fun to see stories come to life with both photos and videos together. To learn more about booking a storytelling session, email firstname.lastname@example.org. I’d love to chat!
